Dwarf Rye / Fine Fescue Blend
A high-density, fine-textured lawn blend that performs well in most situations.
Suitable for semi-shade and full sun with added care in dry conditions
Moderately durable, perfect for everyday family use
Fine leaf texture for an attractive look and soft feel
The recommended mowing height for this variety is 25–30mm. Regular mowing encourages a dense, healthy lawn.
Ultimate Tall Fescue Instant Lawn
Premium grass variety delivers outstanding performance in a wide range of conditions. Its rich green colour, fine texture, and dense growth make it ideal for both home and commercial lawns.
Thrives in full sun and semi-shade
High resistance to disease and insects
Excellent drought tolerance and recovers quickly
This versatile variety can be maintained at mowing heights from 13mm to 75mm, depending on your preference.
Second Grade Tall Fescue Instant Lawn
Our Second-Grade Tall Fescue is a hardy, dark green lawn with a broad, flat leaf that forms a dense, durable turf. It is ideal for larger areas where a practical, hard-wearing lawn is required.
Strong drought tolerance
Performs well in full sun and semi-shade
High resistance to disease and insects
To keep Tall Fescue looking its best, it should be mown higher than most lawn types, ideally between 50–75mm.
This grade may have slight cosmetic variation compared to our premium turf but will establish into a healthy, resilient lawn with proper care.

Instant Lawn Pricing
Our instant lawn is sold in 1 square metre rolls measuring approximately 450mm wide by 2.2m long. Instant lawn is available for pick up or shipping to towns and cities around the North Island.
Instant Lawn Pick-up
$14.00/m² (incl GST)
Instant lawn is available for pick up from our shop at 63 Pohutukawa Place, Bell Block, New Plymouth.
Please give 24 hours notice of orders.
Payment is due on or prior to pick up.
Larger orders are supplied on a pallet, which holds approximately 50m² of instant lawn. A $40.00 bond is payable for each pallet and will be refunded when the pallet is returned to us within three months.

From $16.00/m² (incl GST) for 20m² or more
From $320.00 (incl GST) for less than 20m²
We deliver instant lawn to most addresses around the North Island.
Prices include, instant lawn, pallet, delivery and GST, no hidden extras.
Please place your order two working days before your delivery date.
Delivered turf orders are supplied on a pallet. A pallet bond of $40.00 per pallet is included in the price and will be refunded if the pallet is returned to us within three months.
All instant lawn sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders cancelled after the instant lawn has been cut will be charged in full.
Instant lawn is supplied to you in perfect, living condition. Once delivered, it becomes your responsibility to care for and maintain it. Please ensure you read all care and maintenance information provided to help establish a healthy, thriving lawn.
